我們訂有「性騷擾防治辦法」,當職志工遭受性騷擾時,可以書面、電子問卷、或口頭方式逕行申訴,受理後依情況報請主管機關及警察機關會同處理。2021-2023年並未發生性騷擾事件與內部申訴事件 We established our Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures. Volunteers who have been subjected to sexual harassment can file complaints in writing, via electronic questionnaire, or verbally. Upon receipt of a complaint, we investigate the matter and, if necessary, report it to the relevant authorities for joint handling. No sexual harassment or internal complaint incidents occurred between 2021 and 2023.
實施「執行職務遭受不法侵害預防計畫」,預防職工於執行職務之時,因他人行為致遭受身體或精神上不法侵害,以創造和諧的職場環境。2021-2023年總計有2起事件,議題均為言語霸凌,兩案均成立調查小組,並針對加害人進行懲處。 We implemented the Plan to Prevent Unlawful Infringement in the Performance of Duty to protect our employees from physical or mental harm caused by others while performing their duties and foster a harmonious workplace environment. Between 2021 and 2023, there were two incidents, both involving verbal bullying. Investigation teams were established for both cases, and the perpetrators were punished.
我們計畫規範與保障,共同打造安全、健康、舒適的職場環境。2022-2023年共計有4起職業安全衛生通報事件,分別為夾傷、切傷、扭傷及跌倒,因此我們內部鑑別出工作場域及物件造成意外為相對高風險的議題,我們透過張貼明確標示提醒或汰換舊式物件,增加職工危機意識,有效降低風險。 Through the plans, rules, and safeguards, we work together to create a safe, healthy, and comfortable workplace environment. Between 2022 and 2023, there were four occupational safety and health reporting incidents involving pinching, cutting, sprains, and falls. Based on this data, we have identified workplace areas and objects as relatively high-risk factors for accidents. The remedial measures adopted include posting clear warning signs or replacing outdated objects, raising employee awareness of potential hazards, effectively reducing risks, and creating a friendly and healthy work environment.
新進人員訓練安排相關課程內容外,持續透過相關主題教育訓練系統鼓勵同仁透過系統參與課程,部分線上內容更可不限時、不限地,依個人工作安排學習。2023為促進職工工了解人權之重要年亦安排人權教育工作坊,促進同仁對當代人權有更廣泛的認識。 To address the key topics of Welfare and Workplace Safety for Dedicated Volunteers, we have continuously encouraged employees to participate in courses through our relevant topic education and training system while incorporating relevant course content into new employee training. Some online content can be taken anytime and anywhere, according to individual work schedules. In 2023, we also organized human rights education workshops to help employees better understand contemporary human rights.
