2022-2023職工健康檢查異常項目前三名 Top Three Abnormalities Detected in Employee Health Exams in 2022-2023

有鑑於職工健檢異常項目主要為缺乏規律運動,自2022年起辦理多元健康促進活動。2022年舉辦走路/跑步運動里程競賽、減重比賽,共101人參與,運動累積總里程數為5萬9,966公里,減重總累積65.8公斤;2023年舉辦瑜珈課程(四梯次),每梯約20-40人參與。 Since abnormal results can often be ascribed to a lack of regular exercise, we started to organize diversified health promotion activities in 2022. A total of 101 employees participated in walking/running and weight-loss competitions in 2022. The cumulative exercise distance and cumulative weight loss amounted to 59,966 km and 65.8 kg, respectively. In 2023, we offered yoga courses in four sessions. Around 20-40 employees signed up for each session.

In addition, we strive to foster positive labor-management interactions through our active commitment to building a diversified, open communication mechanism.   • 勞資會議決策事項: Decision-making matters at the labor-management meeting:
    1. 本會適用四周變形工時,職工得於正常工作時間外延長工時,但每日不得超過12小時,每月上限為46小時,放寬至單月54小時,但每三個月仍以138小時為上限。根據職工加班時數平均,將採每三個月週期循環安排(2-4月、5-7月、8-10月、11-1月)。 We apply four-week modified working hours. Employees can extend their working hours beyond normal working hours, but they must not exceed 12 hours per day, and the monthly limit is 46 hours. Extended working hours are relaxed to 54 hours in a single month, but are still capped at 138 hours every three months. Based on the average overtime hours of employees, arrangements will be made every three months (February-April, May-July, August-October, November-January).
    2. 職工依據行政院人事行政總處公告的行事曆出勤,適用變形工時之規定(八周變形工時)。 Employee attendance is based on the announced calendar from Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. The provisions of modified working hours shall apply.
    3. 發生天災時,根據業務性質需要,本會需由特定職工出勤執行業務,並以自身安全為優先考量,另提供騎乘機車者搭乘計程車之交通費用補助,同時開放會所住宿。 When a natural disaster occurs, specific employees will be required to attend according to business needs, and employees will be asked to prioritize their own safety. We also provide transportation subsidies for motorcycle riders to take taxis instead, and we also provide dormitories in the workplace.
    4. 工作規則於2023年11月2日第九次修訂經核准,並已獲得花蓮縣府2024年1月31日回函同意核備。 The ninth revision of the work rules was approved on November 2, 2023, and received a reply letter from Hualien County Government on January 31, 2024 with its approval.
    5. 於2023年11月公告新增花蓮靜思精舍哺集乳室的設置地點。 The location of the new breastfeeding room at Hualien Jingsi Abode was announced in November 2023.
    6. 計畫實施職工彈性上下班制度,並於2024年5-6月在部分單位進行試行,未來將推動全基金會執行彈性上下班制度。 We are planning to implement a flextime system for all employees, which was tested in some departments in May 2024.

One goal is to foster trust and cooperation between employees and organizations through open communication channels. 職場不法侵害經調查成立之案件有2件,均為言語溝通不當,兩案均已結案。 Two cases of unlawful infringement (inappropriate verbal communication) at the workplace have been verified upon investigation. Both cases have been closed.
  • 接獲即成立調查小組,並已針對加害人依職工獎懲管理辦法,進行懲處及採取必要之措施。續亦會評估在既有的規範中,新增職場不法侵害之加害人之懲處事宜。 An investigation team was formed right after receipt of the feedback. Disciplinary action was adopted against the offender and adequate measures were taken pursuant to the Employee Reward and Penalty Regulations.
  • 一案已離職並結案,後續仍持續透過志工進行關懷;一案則安排臨場健康服務,由職醫及職護專業人員關懷被害人身心狀況,並提供1年5次心理諮商服務資源供被害人使用,已結案。 One of the victims had already resigned, but volunteers continue to offer concern and support. On-site health services are provided by medical professionals to care for the mental and physical health of the other victim. Psychological counseling services are scheduled five times a year for this victim. The case is closed.
  • 持續透過教育訓練宣導,建立安全與友善的職場。 Ongoing training and education is provided to bolster creation of safe and healthy workplaces.

志工培訓 Volunteer Training

慈濟志工從1967年由十位委員起始,只要是有心參與者都是行善種子;隨著慈濟慈善志業的發展,志工也隨之增加。證嚴法師於1993年的志工早會正式宣布,慈濟志工邁入「見習、培訓、受證」三大階段,並從1995年開始辦理培訓課程,成為現行志工培力之基礎。慈濟志工制度和培訓隨後逐步成形,持續秉持付出無所求的精神,讓課程設計與時俱進。 The Tzu Chi volunteer movement began in 1967 with just ten individuals, each embodying the potential for good. As Tzu Chi’s charitable endeavors expanded, so did the number of volunteers dedicated to making a positive impact. In 1993, at the annual Volunteer Morning Meeting, Master Cheng Yen formally announced the establishment of a three-stage volunteer system: apprenticeship, training, and certification. The organization began offering training courses in 1995, laying the foundation for the current volunteer development program. Over time, Tzu Chi’s volunteer system and training evolved, continuously upholding the spirit of selfless service and ensuring that the curriculum remains relevant and effective.

參與培訓志工課程,並滿足規定上課時數與考核後,即可於該年末受證,成為正式志工。正式志工將依所屬居住地分至相應志工組隊,同時亦可依各自專業職能,選擇是否自願參加功能性志工組隊。
針對受證志工,我們會規劃委員慈誠精進日,以主題式研習課程,充實志工實務經驗,並持續精進專業知能與人文品質,傳承大愛理念。另外也設有慈濟精進資訊網,提供志工隨時可透過線上課程資源來學習精進。
  1. 一年約5至6次半日精進、3次全日精進。疫情期間及遇重大颱風無法正常舉行時,則改為半日線上連線精進。
  2. 半日精進以5小時計,全日精進以8小時計。線上精進連線每次5小時。

志工服務 Volunteer Operations

志工因個人時間、能力與興趣各不相同,秉持志願服務的精神,慈濟志工可投入於社區志工組隊之運作、社區關懷服務。組織上以落實社區為基礎,以縣市行政區域為輔,由大區域到小區域分別組成「合心」、「和氣」、「互愛」、「協力」的架構,組成四合一組隊,層層聯繫。另外,依照個人興趣與能力,亦可選擇投入各類功能性志工服務。志工參與各項志業推動與教育訓練,皆以「無償、自費、自假、自禮、自捐」無私付出。 Recognizing the diverse interests, abilities, and time constraints of volunteers, Tzu Chi provides a range of service opportunities within community volunteer teams and community care services. Organized on a community-based foundation, complemented by county and city administrative divisions, Tzu Chi volunteers form structured teams called “Heartfelt,” “Harmonious,” “Loving,” and “Collaborative” at various levels, creating a four-in-one team structure that fosters close connections. Additionally, individuals can choose to participate in various functional volunteer services based on their interests and skills. Our volunteers have promoted various missions, as well as education and training, and participate in various causes to promote “free and selfless” contributions.

Plan and promote various activities
Disaster
Promote the concept of self-preservation and basic survival in the event of a disaster; assist the Disaster-prevention Coordination Center employees in supporting operations when major disasters occur
Finances
Assist in the budgeting, application, and reporting of financial expenses for various activities
Consultation
Telephone or on-site consultation service, reception guides on duty at each branch office
Human Resources
Assist in personnel reporting and collecting attendance information at events
Environmental Protection
We practice environmental protection and resource classification while learning to promote the spirit of Tzu Chi environmental protection in concern and care for our Earth, advertising and educating the public on the merits of Tzu Chi environmental protection.
General Affairs
Planning general work rotations for branches and liaison offices
Education Team
The education team consists of a variety of volunteers, including the Teachers Association, the Tzu Chi Youth Friendship Association, the Tzu Chi Children’s Class, the Tzu Chi Basketball Team, the Child-Parent Growth Class, Da Ai Mothers, and the Social Education Promotion Volunteers. Activities and conferences are designed to assist in the advertisement and implementation of social educational courses or events.
Audio and Video
Assist in video conferencing connection courses or meetings, arrange course recording and video recording
Bone Marrow Donation
Provide education and publicity for bone marrow and stem cell donations, bone marrow donation blood test activities, donations, and care for recipients
PR Team
Personnel who specialize in liaising with public and private institutions, as well as the media, to provide information and news material about Tzu Chi
Culture Team
Advertise the humanistic culture and attract talents in foreign languages, calligraphy, painting, music, singing, and other professional abilities and interests
Spiritual Team
Personnel who specialize in care and concern toward those who have lost members of immediate family, and the care of family members dealing with organ donation
3-in-1 News Team
Assist in the recording of community events as well as the establishment, design, and production of community publications, event promotional material, multimedia, posters, and signboards
Training
We develop human resources and talents in Tzu Chi volunteers through community volunteering, internship, training, and post-certification advancement in association with the Foundation’s four missions.
Home Visit Team
Assist in planning and handling charity visitation education and training, conduct visitations, keep records, and hold discussions and sharing.

志工關懷 Volunteer Care

我們視志工為家人,在生活關懷關心照料,困難時能互相扶持,在助人之際,也不忘身邊同行夥伴的需求。為感恩志工長期無所求的付出,基金會對志工遭遇變故或困境時,均以尊重的態度予以協助,包括經濟型的扶助或非經濟型的關懷,強調在團體間如家人的情誼彼此照顧,讓志工在投入志願性服務同時,亦能同時感受到回饋,強化組織志願服務的凝聚力和認同感。 We regard volunteers as family members. We care for and support each other in times of need. When helping others, we also consider the needs of our fellow companions. To express gratitude for the selfless contributions of volunteers, the foundation provides respectful assistance to volunteers who encounter difficulties or challenges. This assistance includes both financial aid and non-financial care. We ensure that volunteers feel appreciated by emphasizing the familial bond among the groups to strengthen cohesion and a sense of belonging within the volunteer organization.

  1. 經濟型:因經濟或非自願因素導致 生活困難,需經濟協助者。 Economic:Volunteers who received financial assistance due to economic or involuntary factors that lead to difficulties in life
  2. 非經濟型:因傷病而有情緒或心靈上困頓者,提供精神關懷與陪伴者。 Non-Economic:Volunteers who received spiritual care and companions due to emotional or mental distress following an injury or illness
  1. 一般健檢:受證滿 1 年以上志工每 3 年可申請複檢一次 General Checkup:Volunteers who have been certified for more than 1 year can apply for a re-examination every 3 years.
  2. 心腦健檢:受證滿 6 年以上之資深志工,提供一生一次的心腦健康檢查,協助及早發現心臟及腦部潛藏之病變 Cerebrocardiac Checkup:Senior volunteers who have been certified for over 6 years can receive a one-time heart and brain health examination to assist in the early detection of hidden cardiac and cerebral conditions.
